The Essence

A great fragrance is more than a composition of notes ⸺ it is an atmosphere, a feeling, a memory waiting to unfold. At WIENERBLUT, we seek to capture the ephemeral, distilling moments into scents that linger like whispered secrets.

Each formula is carefully constructed, allowing the raw materials to interact freely, evolving on the skin in unexpected ways. We work with the finest natural essences ⸺ precious absolutes, aged resins, rare woods ⸺ choosing them not just for their quality, but for the stories they tell.

Time is an essential ingredient in our process. Our perfumes are blended in small batches and given the space to mature, deepening their complexity before they are bottled by hand. This slow approach ensures that every drop carries the richness and nuance of true craftsmanship.

From the first encounter to the final, fading trace, our fragrances are meant to be experienced intimately ⸺ subtle yet powerful, never overpowering, always unfolding.

Our Beginnings

Our journey began in Paris, where our very first creation found its home at the legendary concept store Colette. From that moment, WIENERBLUT grew, carried today by distinguished retailers across the world ⸺ each bottle infused with the same timeless spirit that first defined Vienna’s golden age.

We believe that great fragrances are like treasured secrets, giving the most pleasure to those who carry them. Our formulas are built to whisper, not to shout. Listen carefully to the stories they tell. We love the complexity and magic of natural raw materials and use them generously ⸺ because true beauty lies in the details, waiting to be discovered.

Wiener Blut

In 1873, as Vienna dazzled the world by hosting the 5th World Fair, a new term emerged ⸺ Wiener Blut. More than just words, it captured the essence of the city’s spirit: a unique attitude shaped by the cultural richness and diverse influences of the Austro-Hungarian capital.

This vibrant era left behind more than just history; it inspired us. Drawing from the traditions of the time, we reimagined the so-called Taschentuch-Parfums, deconstructing and refining their formulas to create something entirely our own.
