EU countries: Free
United Kingdom: Flat rate of €20.–
Rest of World: Flat rate of €40.–

We process orders as quickly as possible, usually on the same or next business day. Deliveries are handled by Austrian Post and their partners.

Austria: Delivery within approx. 1–2 business days from the shipping date
Germany: Delivery within approx. 3–4 business days from the shipping date
Europe-wide: Delivery within approx. 3–5 business days from the shipping date
Worldwide: Delivery within approx. 1–2 weeks from the shipping date

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return unopened products in their original condition within 14 days.

In cases of incorrect or defective delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, simply send a message to office@wienerblut.at with your order number.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
